I realize this is a little late but what did you guys think of the tech test? Overall, I absolutely loved and enjoyed the tech test. Since were gonna do some constructive criticism, here are some things I'd like changed.
1]. I feel like in Pilot vs. Pilot there is a lot of spawn trapping, I don't think that little red bubble that helps you predict spawns needs to be there.
2]. The cone radar thing needs to go. Bring back the old red dot system.
3]. I feel like everyone should be able to have an anti-Titan weapon and a sidearm on them like in TF1.
4]. I agree with people about Homestead not feeling like a Titanfall map but the other two maps have my hopes higher. Boomtown and FBK were decent maps in their own right.
5]. I like regenerating shields for Titans, they do feel a bit weaker in this game but I like the battery system.
6]. Make a hybrid where if a Pilot rodeos and steals the battery, your shield no longer recharges (but you can also get it back if you kill said Pilot).
7]. I think Bounty Hunt would be better if it were only ever one point and one bank to fight over.
Other than that there is really nothing I can think of off the top of my head. Even with all those suggestions, the game was a TON of fun. I played both weekends, pretty much all weekend long. As for a lot of the other complaints, I feel like they're gonna be addressed in the full game and you're not gonna see that in a pre-alpha tech test (like customization, more variety of weapons, more variety of maps, etc).
